To help educate our customers about new product updates, I created and hosted our Thirty Thirty, a monthly product update video series where we shared what we released in the last 30 days, and what to expect in the next 30 days. The series ran for 5 years and grew into its current day format - the Product Pulse. To this day, when I get on a call with a customer, they say "Hey! It's Melissa from the Thirty Thirty!" We made product updates expected, reliable, and fun. 🎉
