Details About Me...I am an Ontario-based Registered Behaviour Analyst and BCBA with 20+ years learning, growing and contributing in the field of disability supports and professional ethical practice using evidence-based practice processes.I'm humbly proud to be known for my strengths in leading with transparency, turning ideas into action, collaborative problem solving, and supporting people and organizations along their own meaningful journeys. My clinical and leadership experience spans across diverse:- sectors (e.g., private, government funded, and nonprofits including mixed funding models),- settings (e.g., community, home, school, group home, clinic, camp, hospital, judicial, post-secondary),- multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams (e.g., education, allied health, medical and child/adult protection),- ages and abilities including with neurodiverse persons on the autism spectrum, intellectual/developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis, and- ethical applications or evaluations of evidence-based practices. My current career interests include:- ethical professional practice and decision-making, - strengths-based leadership and reflective practice, - mentorship for emerging behaviour analysis leaders on ethics and self-leadership skills,- training and product/program development, and - Implementation Science (IS) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). My personal interests that I enjoy solo or with my beloved family, friends, and zoo of pets include activities that:- bring joy and laughter (food, comedy and music), - keep me active (trails and travel), - explore creative ideas and perspectives (authentic art and poetry), and- make a difference (advocacy).
