Current• Global lead attorney and member of the business Leadership Team for the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit of Edwards. • Member of the Legal Department Leadership Team for Edwards.• Legal leader for TMTT during period of PMA approval and US launch of the PASCAL Precision system, CE Mark and EU launch of the EVOQUE system, PMDA approval and Japan launch of the PASCAL Precision system and PMA approval and US launch of the EVOQUE system.• Act as main point of contact for legal issues impacting TMTT globally, including management and coordination with global legal team on strategic partnerships, contract, business development, securities, intellectual property, employment, litigation and compliance matters.• Lead regulatory counsel to TMTT, advising on matters relating to advertising and promotion, regulatory compliance, product launches, clinical trials, product development, quality, and fraud and abuse.• People manager of senior attorney and team of legal professionals with dotted line responsibility to manage cross-functional team of attorneys and legal staff supporting TMTT legal issues world-wide.
