From 2009-Dec 2010, I managed all accounting issues and the annual audit process relating to the REO (Real Esate Owned) properties. (approximately 60 properties) This includes monthly reporting, insurance and tax issues, operating deficits and coordinating with the asset managers on various issues.From 2006-2009, I was Fund Manager of a corporate funds accounting group. My portfolio included approximately 350 low income housing properties that 25 quarterly and annual reports were prepared for our corporate investors. I managed a staff of 2 to 4 people.From 2003-2006, I worked in the public funds group and prepared SEC filings for 4-5 public funds.
