I have always been a people's person; but I recently discovered that my true passion is to help people, especially women, and make them feel empowered and happy in their own skin. Review, analyze and report employee data with a focus on diversity self-identification elements such as gender, race/ethnicity, disability status, veteran status, age, sexual orientation and gender identity.

Participated in gathering business cases, documentation of requirements and user acceptance testing. Identified areas of improvement, worked through remediation of product issues and optimized the employee experience.

Distributed equity awards in a timely and accurate manner to global program participants. Performed data quality reviews to ensure that equity systems are in sync. Participated in projects for automation to minimize manual efforts, reduce the team’s dependency on other technology groups and increase accuracy of day-to-day processes.

Analyzed Human Resources (HR) data and determined required actions using strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills. Data quality monitor for pay impacting transactions which required strong critical thinking, strong query knowledge and analytical skills. Participated in process re-engineering and process automation to improve control, compliance and reduce operating costs.

Determination of the eligibility of applicants and recipients for public assistance programs in accordance with current regulations.

Organized, planned and implemented all outreach activities for local schools, the university and nearby community. Developed PREM program’s website design (prem.uprh.edu) and updated social networks. Conducted Talk Sessions and workshops about research, nanoscience and computer science. Maintained statistics from the activities and collaborated with the redaction of reports about the compiled data.

Sotero We developed an algorithm that determined adjacencies between vertexes in a C++ code: a digraph which nodes were the vertexes and the arrows were determined by the adjacencies was constructed, and the graph was serialized (an algorithm that converts the adjacencies of the graph into a string).
