Manage the day-to-day operations of a brand new, 320-bed leased residence hall including residential education and housing operations. Developed and implement residential curriculum including programming and resident development. Manage residence hall occupancy and student billing, including creation and management of roster, list of active vacancies, and resident room placement. Co-supervise residence hall security. Manage all summer conference housing operations, including regular room turns, linen contracts, key distribution, and cleanings. Serve as Director of LEAD Global Summer Learning Institute (GSLI) program, hosting 16 high school seniors on campus for a two-week immersive business and leadership curriculum.

Oversee the day to day operations of a residential area comprising of 900 upperclass students, supervise a staff of 16 Resident Assistants and 7 Front Desk Assistants, oversee summer residential operations including the supervision of 24 Summer Resident Desk Assistants and two graduate ACUHO-I interns, serve in second tier of a multi-tiered on-call rotation, serve as primary advisor for the Residence Hall Association, including management of a $75,000 budget, advise the Virginia Association of Residence Halls (VAARH) Annual Conference, assist with continued development of the Residential Curriculum model.

Oversee the daily operations of a residential area comprising of approximately 450 first and second year students, supervise a staff of 14 Resident Assistants and 16 Front Desk Assistants, served as first tier in a multi-tiered on-call rotation, managed an area budget of $4,000, serve as primary advisor for the Residence Hall Association, chaired Associate Director of Residence Life search committee.

Conduct research on Sophomore Experience initiatives from peer institutions, conduct benchmarking efforts for the RA and CA selection process.

Oversee a staff of six Resident Assistants, manage two residence halls with about 100 students, assist with the RA Recruitment & Selection process, serve four to five weekends of duty a year.

Managed course site for virtual RA and RD Training, developed a Google Site for the use of student staff members, developed Social Media outlets, assisted in the development of the RA training schedule and new programming model.
