With 28 years in retail leadership, and 13 years of experience at Burlington Stores as a dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager and Territory Recruiter, I am a passionate leader who supported employees across the entire organization. I have successfully developed, supported and implemented various DEI programs and strategies, such as Associate Resource Groups, DEI Councils, Lunch & Lean In learning topics, and more. I spent significant time mentoring/consulting a variety of work groups, with a strong focus on content development to foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and respect. As a Territory Recruiter, I partnered with senior field and corporate leaders, HR, and talent acquisition teams to ensure fair and equitable practices throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention to advancement. I have strong skills in employee training, HR functions and initiatives, and team building, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and outcomes. My mission is to create more equitable and inclusive workplaces for everyone, and to leverage the power of diversity to drive innovation and growth.
