As Employer Engagement Coordinator I am responsible for building new and developing existing relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders. My main responsibility is to source Early Career opportunities for the students of the University of Southampton from a variety of employers including internal university departments, SMEs, large graduate recruiters and non-for-profit organisations.I am currently project managing two key internship programmes focussing on Widening Participation and Social Mobility, and Early Careers Researchers. I am responsible for recruiting supervisors across the university to participate in these programmes and engaging with key stakeholders associated with the programmes, such as Alumni donors, Senior Fellows and Directors. My responsibilities also include managing the Employer Engagement website pages and the employer interface of our jobs board platform, MyCareer.

Working within the Careers and Employability Service at Bournemouth University in a front-facing role dealing with face-to-face queries in the Careers Centre and online. Responsible for managing the Social Media platforms for the Careers Service including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, as well as updating Bournemouth University's Careers Portal, MyCareerHub with the latest events, student news and careers articles. My main responsibility was to ensure students and graduates have access to the latest opportunities and event information as it becomes available.Term-time only position.

Working within an in-store bureau to assist customers with their travel money needs. Building close relationships with customers and providing a great service. Responsibilities include: cash handling, travel card sales, currency orders and international money transfers via Western Union.

Supporting level 5 students in their placement search by running workshops and regular seminars. Planning sessions involving interview preparation, mock assessment centres, CV workshops and any sessions that may be useful to second-year students part-taking in application processes at any placement companies.

As part of IBM's Early Careers team, I was responsible for the management of the IBM UK and Ireland Careers social media pages and external facing digital content. I was the key contact for a variety of suppliers such as UCAS, The Student Room and Not Going to Uni, to promote IBM's Early Professional job opportunities including apprenticeships, summer internships, placements and graduate programmes. In 2019, my Apprenticeship Recruitment Campaign won The Student Rooms 'Best Performing Early Careers Campaign' and my redesign of the apprenticeships webpage was shortlisted for 'Best School Leaver Website' by the All About Group's School Leaver Awards.The creative element of my role allowed me to lead on designing banners, posters, IBM company profiles and other content for both internal and external recruitment pages. Other responsibilities include the redesigning the UK IBM career website, handling supplier campaign assets and supplying IBMers with creative content to promote recruitment. I would regularly support IBM's Talent Acquisition team with their candidate engagement at assessment centres, and contacting applicants throughout the recruitment process.

A challenging role which involves many tasks in order to deliver excellent customer service by working flexibly as a team. The role involves advising and serving customers, replenishing stock, handling cash and card transactions and maintaining flexibility to be able to work within different areas of the branch.

An engaging and flexible role which involves many tasks mainly focused on delivering excellent customer service. Being moderately trained in the Post Office diversifies the role and involves cash handling, dealing with withdrawals and deposits and assisting with customer requests. I am also skilled in the serving of lottery, scratchcards and issuing Rod Fishing licenses. I have also participated in some work shadowing allowing me to extend my knowledge on key tasks which are handled within the Post Office.

Given the role as Business Studies Subject Ambassador for showing commitment and enthusiasm for the subject, and also achieving distinction* in the first year. The role involved:- Leading sixth form/school open days and evenings- Introducing new students to the subject- Supporting teachers during Business Studies lessons- Leading activities for sixth form students

Working with employees of Lymington Yacht Charters to offer a unique experience to all customers who are involved in corporate events and yacht charters.
