About Melissa Baldwin

As a Senior Vice President at Tigercomm, I lead marketing communications, public relations, and public affairs campaigns for clients in the clean tech sector. I bring 20 years of experience telling stories that inspire action. My mission is to solve the climate crisis and accelerate the transition to a clean economy. Prior to joining Tigercomm, I founded Chase Media Services, (2011-2021) a boutique PR agency that represented youth, scientists, solar contractors, and sustainability officers, among others, who were advancing climate solutions in Florida. I secured media coverage, and placed guest opinion articles for my clients. I helped them improve their online presence and lead generation through sticky web content. I spent five years as community relations consultant for Waste Management, teaching people how to recycle right. I served as the Regional Press Secretary for two PACs and held climate organizing roles for three environmental nonprofits.
