Over the past 15 years I have worked with a variety of non-profit organizations helping them to obtain funding for operations and expansions of their mission. Since 1999 I have been an adjunct instructor teaching Sociology to students at the college level. Over the years I have seen how quality higher education at all levels can change lives and make a difference in a persons success professionally and personally. In January of 2008 I was hired at the Eastern Idaho Technical College Foundation as their Executive Director. It took my years of fund-raising experience and my passion for education and gave me a terrific opportunity. My goal is to help others by increasing funding for education. In 2011 I accepted a position with my beloved Washington State University. As one of the many proud alumni, my work with Washington State as an Assistant Development Director is bound to provide challenges and possibilities. Currently I am developing funds for Organic and Sustainable Agriculture, International Research and Agricultural Development, and Student Scholarships. My goal to increase funding for education has brought me home. GO COUGS!Specialties: I specialize in relationship building, marketing, event planning, board development as well as donor recognition. I believe that the only way to succeed in fund-raising is believing in what you are doing.
