Assist in leading the Young Life area in Western Wake County through leading college volunteers, a committee of adults volunteers, and teenagers from the local high schools. Through weekly local event planning to large fundraising meetings and events, this is a position that requires leadership and the ability to develop teams of people. This is a relational ministry where I enter into lives of high schoolers and into the teams of volunteers of all ages to help them grow and develop them to their highest potential. Helping run an area is similar to running a business - I help develop a budget, fundraise, grow an area of volunteers, take graduate level courses in religion, work administratively and design websites and take charge of communication, all while getting to enter into the broken world of high schoolers and tell them the good news! I am being trained and equipped to have the skills to run my own area of Young Life after my third year.

Learning the behind the scenes work of ministry through Young Life. Increasing my role of leadership while becoming more involved with the Young Life College team at NC State. This is done through time in the office, staff meetings, committee meetings, Bible studies, club meetings, and more.

In the College of Textiles at NC State, I worked as technical support for faculty, students, and staff as well as web support. As the Support Team Lead, I managed the student worker team in weekly meetings, interviewing and training new hires, team projects, and service ticket management. I assisted with individualized technical issues and also worked towards a creative and better functioning website and team.

Worked as a barista at a coffee house in Apex, NC. Work here was not just making drinks, as it was more focusing on the customer service. This company prides itself in welcoming the customers and providing them with the best service.

Marketed houses through pamphlets, flyers, and digital methods while assisting in the process of buying and selling houses.
