I am responsible for analyzing, reporting, and creating key action plans to improve membership growth and the Y experience. I provide support in complex projects in the areas of discovery, inception, conclusion, and analysis. I help provide insight for the marketing strategy team.

I reported to the COO and supported the Senior Operations team with all administrative, project and communications needs. I was responsible for meeting scheduling and coordination. I managed tracking of our organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). I managed project planning and tracking, including creating and implementing a project management system. I created a weekly communication sent internally among all employees using Constant Contact. I assisted with meetings and communications to branch advisory boards and the general board.

I am a seasonal, part-time data operations employee working as BOSS (Balls Outs and Strikes Spotter), which is an on-site gameday position. BOSS is a digital system that logs the outcome of every pitch and play. The data is sent to third party vendors. I also work seasonally and part-time as a Field Timing Coordinator, which manages the game clock and pitch clock on-site.

I worked in the operations department mainly to ensure crews and facilities were procured for remote broadcasts. I oversaw aspects of production as production manager on NY Liberty on YES broadcasts. I scheduled crew for Fox Sports and FSN shows in the New York market, and filled crew positions for other YES Network broadcasts. These included crews on games involving the New York Yankees, Brooklyn Nets, and NYCFC. I reviewed and approved invoices related to these broadcasts and processed payroll for crewing. I booked travel for crew and secured crew meals while working broadcast productions. I managed a company credit card and reported expenses. I was responsible for all aspects of the radio simulcast remotes for the Michael Kay Show on YES.

I answered phones, managed the mail, ordered office supplies, and planned events. I was responsible for billing and coding invoices, and filling out expense reports. I ordered catering for office events. I also assisted the digital media department occasionally. I helped schedule the studio production team for Yankees, Nets, and NYC FC broadcasts.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

I assisted in running the Bucs social accounts by posting content and creating ideas for strategic use of social media. I helped monitor analytics and kept track of our growth on social. I launched the use of Twitter Mirror, an iPad app that is designed for enhancing selfies, creating GIFs, and other socially sharable content. I planned the use of this technology and created social content using the Mirror. I published content for the website, www.buccaneers.com. I used Eloqua to send out weekly external e-mails. I have posted for the Buccaneers' Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, and Snapchat. I archived and captioned photos for our database. I used Adobe Social and Spredfast as content scheduling systems. I am familiar with the NFL's CMS.
