Hi, I'm Melissa and I've been working in the Space Industry for almost a decade! From Agencies to Consultancies to Start-Ups to Corporate, from Talent Acquisition to People Operations and back to Talent Acquisition again, I have pretty much done it all and in every type of environment!😅I have a keen interest in how people communicate and connect through different platforms and channels. Having worked in this industry for over ten years, I have leveraged this knowledge and my expertise in talent acquisition, social networking, and people operations to find and attract the best talent for all of my employers at every level. I work closely with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience. I also contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and policies that align with the company's vision and values.
