Responsible for lifting the AUB Group brand through targeted PR campaigns and media relations. Managed key messages, content creation and distribution across all channels, including website, social and internal communications.

Responsible for driving broking growth through digital content as well as traditional marketing campaigns. After OAMPS was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher in mid-2014, my focus was ensuring a smooth rebrand and integration transition for our people and our clients. In addition to our own rebranding and integration, I also completed the communication and marketing requirements for four major acquisitions in less than a year, successfully introducing Arthur J. Gallagher as an acquirer of choice in Australia.

Prior to being purchased by the fourth largest global insurance brokerage, I developed and led the communications strategy for OAMPS Insurance Brokers, the largest wholly owned (previously by Wesfarmers) insurance broker in Australia.Key achievements include:* Development and implementation of our social media strategy from the ground up, building the strongest performing social platform of any Australian-owned insurance broker* Facilitated the launch of Yammer, our internal collaborative network with now one of the strongest business networks in Australia – we’ve achieved more than 86% engagement (people actually posting, clicking on, liking or replying to posts) and are regularly asked to speak or participate in Yammer and Microsoft forums* As the intranet business owner, I led the replacement of an archaic intranet with an integrated collaborative and cloud based SharePoint solution* Drove the creation of the OAMPS Story to engage our people in our vision and corporate strategy during a period of significant change and challenges for the business
