Ms. Morton’s practice includes casualty and negligence litigation matters including the defense of municipal, construction, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and complex tort cases. Ms. Morton also has experience in business litigation and insurance coverage matters. Ms. Morton is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Erie County. Ms. Morton provides pro bono legal services to federal litigants through the Volunteer Lawyers Project Pro Se Assistance Program of the Bar Association of Erie County. Ms. Morton obtained her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree Canisius University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as in various federal district and circuit courts and the United States Supreme Court.
