Its purpose was to make a successful field research of social programs in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore that could be adapted in the city of Chihuahua, Mexico. The identified programs sought to be worked with were:-Urban accessibility and inclusion. -Functional support: technology transfer. -Models of care: care homes for the elderly -Rehabilitation centers: more than one disability.
