Pacific Alliance Ambassador: First Generation part of the Program “Prácticas Estudiantiles CEAP” from the Pacific Alliance.- Reorganization of the HR benefit’s database for all drivers in the supply chain area, assuring and achieving a 100 % benefit application rate.-Give acceptance notice to hired personnel and receive their documentation. Registration of new employees and generation of their employee code. Generate their ID, e-mail, entrance card and personalization of equipment.-Archive documents, generation of labor certificates, provide: special bonuses, delivery of entrances for family activities, disabilities, birthday gifts, among other benefits.-Affiliation of employees and family members to social security, including health care, pension and other benefits.-Verify modifications within the personnel part of the External Workforce.-Report in the monthly self-assessment: income, withdrawals and changes in the employee's social security.-Organization and participation in general HR events.

With the main purpose of improving the living conditions of people with disabilities and the elderly through social inclusion programs in the city of Chihuahua, I organized and lead a project with other four agencies, including FECHAC (Chihuahua Entrepreneurship Foundation, A.C.), the Disability Network of Chihuahua City (Red de Discapacidad), the government organization DIF Chihuahua (Integral Development of the Family), and the Citizen's Liaison of Deputy Luis Fernando Mesta Soulé Chamber of Deputies LXIII Legislature, initiative that was named “Project of Services Intelligence (Benchmarking): Programs for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities”. Its purpose was to make a successful field research of social programs in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore that could be adapted in the city of Chihuahua, Mexico. The identified programs sought to be worked with were:-Urban accessibility and inclusion. -Functional support: technology transfer. -Models of care: care homes for the elderly -Rehabilitation centers: more than one disability.
