In recent years, I have developed and implemented several programs to optimize financial performance including personnel payroll and benefit programs, new platforms for tracking financials and streamlining billing processes in collaboration with diverse MMI teams. Some of my strengths include:• Developing cash flow reports for executive management that highlight MMI’s current cash position as well as a 6-month forecast into cash projection, enabling executive leadership to plan cash expenditures for company projects.• Established a new 401K plan in 2015 in collaboration with HR Manager after switching payroll providers allowing for a more active role for MMI in the plan. Originally the plan had $500K in assets and today the plan has grown to more than $1.2M in assets within 3 years. • Successfully streamlined the billing process by transitioning from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Accounting System (GP). Partnered with CEO to identify benefit of the new system integrating between the current CRM and GP, working with a vendor to set up the new accounting system and create several financial reports.
