Leadership in instruction, curriculum development, and evaluation:Provide for the ongoing enhancement of a total school curriculum, which integrates intellectual, religious, social and physical growth.Provide in-service opportunities, evaluation process and need assessments for teachers.Enhance curriculum and instruction and uses both to promote improvements that are appropriate to the instructional program.Provide an overall environment that is in compliance with Canon law, Diocesan policies and applicable state and federal laws.Administration and Leadership skills:Serve as site administrator and is responsible for the day to day operations of the school.Demonstrate personnel skills to recruit, assess, develop and retain both faculty and staff.Collaborate with the Pastor, Parish Administrator and the Finance Council in the financial planning for the school’s present and future. Evaluate current staff qualifications and the needs of the students to ensure the appropriate personnel are assigned to achieve consistently high standards of performance of students and staff.Supervise the teachers and other school employees on an ongoing basis and conducts annual, formal performance evaluations.Work with the School Advisory Committee to provide appropriate information on implementation of policies, reports on school wide concerns for long range strategic planning. Manage Google services for staff and students. Maintain and manage student enrollment in online curriculum programs (Rosetta Stone, enVision Math, ThinkCentral, Renaissance Learning).Facilitate the school as a faith community:Build Catholic Christian community by involving members of the school and parish, fostering collaboration while recognizing the unique role of parents as primary educators.Demonstrate leadership skills in developing a unique school culture reflective of the community.Foster quality interpersonal relationships.Emphasize service-consciousness of teachers and students.
