-Created new business development department-Researched prospects, obtained and retained financial supporters for WBEC Metro NY a regional partner organization of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) -Worked with supplier diversity executives at Fortune 1000 companies to connect certified women businesses owners in NY, Northern NJ and Southern Connecticut with targeted business and educational opportunities -Built new sponsorship program, corporate engagement recognition and account management processes

Implemented corporate partnership with Ford Motor Company -Worked to support a network of Affiliate leaders in 25 states, and supported activities of the Growth and Impact department-Strengthened Affiliate volunteer network and ensured consistency and growth of DI educational programs and products-Designed and directed a promotional marketing video featuring a team of middle school students from California

-Designed, implemented and managed logistics for a live activation as part of corporate partnership with Ford Motor Company and Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley network for over 800 underserved students and 50 adult volunteers-Increased network and grew DI educational programs with a special focus on underserved schools and youth serving organizations-Worked to support Destination Imagination (DI) Affiliate programs in the East Coast States

-Pioneered NFTY (North American Federation of Temple Youth) new middle school program, NFTY 678, with other area Youth Directors as a new onramp to lead young teens into future NFTY membership-Worked closely with staff to create budgets and align programming. -Served on Youth Advisory committee for Youth Summit at NFTY’s 2017 Convention-Worked with temple youth and clergy to design, implement, promote and develop high quality social, educational, religious and community programs for student led youth group-Worked closely with families to modify, support and accommodate teens with special needs so all could participate to their fullest
