•Prepares monthly schedules for remittances to different government agencies (SSS,Philhealth,Pag-ibig & BIR)•Prepares schedules for quarterly income tax returns•Prepares and encodes Summary List of Sales and Purchases in E-relief System•Files and pays BIR remittances and payments through Electronic Filing Payment System•Assists in responding to the notices/assessments received from BIR •Assists in acquiring tax clearance•Prepares year-end requirements to be submitted to BIR•Checks payment orders for payment to suppliers and other expenses•Checks weekly and monthly payroll•Computes commission for the Service Advisors and Insurance Coordinators•Relieves the Cashier and Accounts Payable Assistant•Monitors issuances of post dated checks for office rentals•Prepares financial statements and its schedules•Process business permit
