About Melissa Pavloff

Young professional with a passion for health and education. I am a goal-driven team collaborator who values learning, growth, and innovation.I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Science-Business and a minor in sustainability. Through my undergraduate capstone project, I was able to execute and summarize multiple data analyses using R. My undergraduate courses, along with immersive service projects during my time at Notre Dame, piqued my interest in the intersection of health and education. My years of studies prepared me to engage with data analysis and online research, as well as effective presentations and communication with a variety of stakeholders. I then received an M.Ed. from the University of Notre Dame while serving as a full-time teaching fellow in Austin, TX teaching grades 5-6 in math and science. In this position, I developed skills in project management, written and verbal communication, and critical thinking. I also expanded my ability to problem solve, especially in the realm of digital learning tools. Through my experiences, I have managed to build various hard skills, such as quantitative data analysis and presentation, designing and analyzing assessment tools, and managing iterative deadlines to consistently and effectively complete projects. I have also developed a strong set of soft skills, namely collaboration, leadership, creativity, and adaptability.
