I also lead CareerStarter, a platform designed to help entry-level job seekers and the Hard Hat Heroes program, which aids exiting military service men and women by aligning their skills earned through military service to construction industry credentials. I worked with the board of directors to co-author a property plan aimed to ensure financial sustainability, increase membership, and modernize outdoor facilities. I led a cross-functional team to work across the organization and include the voices and perspectives of members and volunteers resulting in a successful plan rollout, effective media strategy, increased fundraising revenue, and new facilities to support Girl Scouts in the New England region. I worked directly with the Head of School and Board Chair to manage a sensitive media crisis and develop new policies to support the health and well-being of students.My marketing work focused on a school-wide rebranding effort that repositioned the school with a new pedagogical approach. We focused on articulating the value of student voice, individual agency, and personalized outcomes. This led to a full refresh of all admission and student-life materials in addition to managing day to day parent communications, the school magazine, social media, annual reports, and media relations.
