The Foundation’s mission is to build pathways to success for the children of Immokalee, a low-income migrant community overlooked by many.ROLE:I supported the identification, cultivation and solicitation of major and planned gifts. I also helped develop and implement stewardship strategies that strengthen long-term relationships with major donors. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:• Exceeded Board-driven funding goals to achieve most monies raised in the 30-year history of the Foundation, including two seven-figure gifts within 2 weeks of each other• Increased media presence by 74% in the first year• Streamlined branding, fundraising, and marketing efforts to create a recognizable, consistent image

Lee Memorial had a brand new project that would go on to be one of my favorite projects: The Golisano Children’s Hospital. Raising funds for the hospital with Sharon MacDonald still makes me so proud!ROLE:• Part of team that undertook $100 million capital campaign in Collier County to build the first Children’s Hospital in Southwest Florida• Represented the organization on TV, radio, podcast and print media, local events, and political meetings• Designed and implemented long term strategic plan to Increase stakeholder buy-in and funding in surrounding countiesMAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:• Increased funding and secured largest gift from Collier County to the capital campaign $3 million
