As the Talent Manager and HR Engagement Specialist I focus on attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding qualified personnel to fill TL job openings while cultivating a diverse pipeline of talent. In addition, the position will perform a variety of functions related to employee engagement and retention, including, performance management, employee relations, employee recognition, and satisfaction.

Helped maintain clinical staff credentialing with Reptrax and VendorMate. Conducted reference checks, drug screens, and background checks for appropriate employees and applicants.

-Verify patrons age to assure they are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages-Tend to all patrons wants and needs throughout their visit-Explain how menu items are made, cooking method, and ingredients used-Provide exceptional customer service to patrons to ensure their visit is up to the restaurants standards

As a customer service leader I open and closed the store, counted money entering and leaving the building, and performed typical customer service leader tasks. I had five years of customer service experience while working here.
