I am a compassionate, dedicated professional with 15 years of international health and disaster response management within the humanitarian aid and development sectors. I am known for my excellent work ethic, high energy, and ability to achieve results in high-pressure situations while maintaining a good sense of humor.My strong desire to help others has taken me around the globe in many different capacities, in large-scale health and relief operations. I have worked as a US Peace Corps volunteer in Bolivia and South Africa, as Acting Head of Regional Delegation in East Africa and Southeast Asia, as Senior Health Program Manager in Indonesia and South America, and Disaster Response Delegate in the Caribbean for the American Red Cross. Key responsibilities include program design, implementation, financial and programmatic monitoring and reporting, staff and volunteer management, and participatory evaluations. I have created and conducted several in-person and online trainings, qualitative and quantitative needs assessments using focus groups and questionnaires, and international presentations.
