During my time at Albany Assistance, dealt with incoming calls regarding non-fault car accidents, assessing the accident situations and offering the customers the correct services according to their needs (including FNOL). Working in the Customer Services department I dealt with more challenging customers as well as solving both simple and more complex issues that the customer encountered. I managed and prioritise outbound call task lists according to service level agreements on a regular basis.
