Previously, I have served as a Site Lead and Employment Facilitator, managing a wide range of contract administration/management, while also helping the military community transition to civilian careers. I supported the Department of Labor contract for the Transition Assistance Program (DOL TAP) across 9 military installations in Germany. A key part of my role was scheduling, training, and supporting a team of over 25 facilitators, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality classes. I also oversaw staff travel and supported in streamlining travel paperwork processes. I find such joy in empowering others and I believe in the power of positive authenticity by connecting with people in a genuine way while delivering clear, effective communication. As a communication enthusiast with a degree in the field, I thrive on crafting impactful messages and engaging content. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am a published travel writer with Stars and Stripes Magazine and hobby photographer.
