Supervised 7 direct supervisor/manager reports and 68 frontline, surgery coordinators, nursing staff, audiologists and business office staff.Led numerous process improvement projects with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies, develop more productive teams, and create an exceptional patient experience.Human Resource Management/Employee Relations:Successfully recruited and retained surgeons/physicians, and mid-level clinician and established new supervisor position for Surgery Coordinator to add additional safeguards.Managed employee compensation and benefits, quarterly and year end financials, payroll, accounts payable, 401K plan, Workers Compensation, FMLA, unemployment forms & employment verifications.Quality & Compliance: Ensured compliance with all state and federal regulations including: HIPAA Privacy & Security, MN Care, Sales & Use taxes and ACA Federal regulations.Participated in Quality Improvement Processes, Projects and Reporting.Space Planning: Provided Office and Clinic Space planning by tracking all leases and lease renewals, clinic space remodels and rebuilds.
