The visual arts is an integral part of a student's complete education. My job is to instruct students on how to produce, appreciate, and understand the arts. I hope to create a foundation for my students that will help them as they mature as artists and creatives. Day to day duties: Instruct students in art, such as painting, sketching, and designing; Prepare lesson plans and establish course goals.

Melissa drives the internal and external marketing initiatives for Waterman Steele Real Estate Advisors. She creates a wide variety of marketing materials, and crafts customized presentations tailored to each client's needs, as well as illustrate a true representation of Waterman Steele's services and expert abilities.- Lead the company's multi-channel marketing campaigns that support Waterman Steele's brand and business units- Design and maintain the company's image and brand identity collateral- Organize WS' trade show/conferences and events by designing graphics such as banners, invitation suites that follow the event theme, and day of collateral pieces- Develop social strategies to amplify the Waterman Steele brand across social media accounts- Manage outside vendors to work within estimated budgets and oversee production projects- Provide graphic design support for brochures, presentations/proposals for new business development, create e-blast marketing campaigns for property listings, and design/maintain company website
