Senior Business Systems Analyst in the Healthcare group at Epsilon

-Integral in providing holistic support to the account via operations management, end to end project management, functional requirements discovery and documentation, in-depth QC efforts and SIT testing support.-Serve as the real-time, functional SME for both internal and external contacts-Former campaign SME for internal and external contacts-Backup for operations manager when OM is unavailable/requires assistance

-identifying potential enhancements or issues to the solution via research and quality assurance testing- ensuring that the solution is performing as expected with quality control assessments of fixes and enhancements-enhancing team process and procedure documentation as part of operational maturity projects-providing timely and efficient assistance to members of client team on matters of project timelines, research queries and other production support issues

This role requires that I be flexible, attentive and creative. I provide support in a variety of daily tasks and projects. I spend lots of time in our database, adding new data, troubleshooting discrepancies, and using information to supplement office initiatives. I also proof and edit various components of grant proposals and final reports. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills because of frequent contact with potential scholars, their parents, and others with ties to the Program.

In this role, I oversaw a staff of 19 Resident Advisors and was the first point of contact in matters related to residential life and the facilitation of a seminar-style course. I created an encouraging and open environment in which to operate by being consistent and transparent with my staff in bi-weekly staff meetings and in one-on-one interactions. In the week before the staff arrived, I worked with the Office Staff and the Administration to prepare campus; I assigned 350 students to rooms and prepared for our Resident Advisor training week. During the program, I assisted the Office Staff and Campus Administration in various capacities, including but not limited to: taking students to the doctor, handling student mail, etc. I also served as a higher authority for recurring behavioral problems. I was promoted to this position after two years as a Resident Advisor.

As a Resident Advisor with the Kentucky Governor's Scholars Program at Murray State, I created a supportive and safe environment for 18 high school Senior women. I served as a liaison between the scholars on my hall and program administrators. I also facilitated a seminar-style class for 18 young men and women, in which they were able to dialogue about different themes and ideas.

For four weeks, I worked alongside other college students to create an answer appendix for the textbook of several math professors in Centre's Math department. Duties included revising explanatory sections, solving exercises, and compiling those answers into the appendix using LaTeX.
