Worked with Exclusive Allstate Agents over 4 major markets in Alaska and Washington as well as onboard all new Allstate Agents for their first two years. As a Marketing Consultant, I worked to develop and implement diverse agency-level marketing and customer experience strategies. I partnered closely with Sales Leadership to deliver localized agency campaigns to enhance community presence, grow market share, and improve agency engagement. ~ Performed one-on-one, group and phone marketing consultations with 25%+ of agency force twice annually, resulting in measurable lift in agency performance results. ~ Assisted with development and launch of National advertising campaign featuring television, radio, print, and agency collateral deliverables.~ Assisted with development and launch of local Regional as well as National Marketing Packages campaign featuring offering a suite of turn-key marketing options for agents.~ Created unique, agency specific strategies to assist agents in driving their marketing efforts in their local community.
