Staffing Coordinator
CurrentProfessional Staffing/Recruiting for multiple clients. Create and maintain outstanding relationships with clients, as well as, employees. Responsibilities include: Interviewing process, completing paperwork, conducting background checks, drug screens, reference checks, conducting orientations, computer skills testing, insurance benefits, safety trainings, etc. Produce reports to Management and Clients, which include: new hires, terminations, eligibility, turnover ratios, and employee totals. Conduct plant tours, as well as, company orientations onsite. Start-ups onsite at companies, as well as, terminations and counseling employees onsite as needed. Job postings and other duties as needed.
