The Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge prepares students for success by supporting their physical and emotional well-being. Manages a team of Customer Care Specialists: Online fundraising coaching, call center, customer experience, customer engagement (cultivation, retention, loyalty). Manage and develop online fundraising strategies to further engage participants, volunteers and donors to communicate their passion, commitment and mission in a virtual environment. Execute and consult online fundraising goals ($1M new dollars) and strategies with targeted events and implement new technology to increase online revenue. Manages customer information systems for data management (i.e., storing, searching, trending and gap analysis). Manages various information systems so that the needs of managers, staff, and customers are best served. Works collaboratively with various members of Customer Strategies, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technology, Business Process Managers, and Customers/Donors. Designs, implements, and uses business information systems in innovative ways to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization from an affiliate level while communicating our mission and 2020 impact goals.Plans, coordinates, and directs research of customer relationships with potential and current customers and business partners for mission and fundraising opportunities. In consultation with other managers, implements revenue generating strategies between customers and events.
