And this is not an easy job, that's why is important to understand that a business relationship is a two way road, your time is just as important as your customer time is, and some guidelines needs to be follow for both: always be honest, listen but also communicate what is important to you and what are your expectations, if a question was made or someone is expecting something from you, don't be rude and reply, everybody prefers the truth and receive an ''I did not get what I expected'', ''unfortunately that's all i got'' or ''the plans have changed'' that remains in limbo for months being ignored or worst postponing the unchangeable.
