Provide Relativity case management to include loading documents, case and security administration, setting up case structure, provide advanced reporting, filtering/searching, and analytics. Support project teams in the effective use of Relativity for analysis, document review and production as well as being escalation support to identify problems and resolutions.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

• Design, implement, troubleshoot and maintain litigation databases and imaging projects (global edits, overlay or merge data to existing records, indexing)• Import images, data and transcripts to network servers and databases • Export data, correct load file errors, reformat and convert data when necessary• Provide technical support for and train paralegals and attorneys on database use and document management• Assist in the preparation of documents and exhibits for trial, mock trial, seminars and other presentation engagements• Extensive experience in the “hot seat” at presentation of evidence at trials, mock trials, focus groups and other presentation events

• Perform underwriting analysis to evaluate the risk for automobile and property insurance policies• Research coverage details and inquiries. • Coach and mentor new representatives. Address client concerns and complaints. • Conduct and assist with training classes
