Senior paralegal in a full‐service, global immigration firm specializing in corporate and business immigration, as well as providing services for individual clients in naturalization and family‐based immigration. I was responsible for assisting ten attorneys in managing caseload, developing case strategy, and preparing and filing non‐immigrant and immigrant petitions. Additionally, I served as the primary point of contact for large and small corporate and individual clients and manages client relationships.● Work on all non‐immigrant and immigrant visa matters, including but not limited to: H‐1B, H‐2B, L‐1, B‐1, E‐3, J‐1, O‐1, TN, EB‐1, EB‐2, EB‐3, I‐130, PERM, I‐140, I‐485, RFE, and NIW.● Analyze case documents, draft petitions, applications, and support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification.● Manage docket of Fortune 500 clients, including conducting assessments for potential hires and running expiration reports utilizing case management system and initiating new cases as needed.● Communicate with clients and foreign nationals and provide guidance regarding case procedure and status, international travel, and visa applications.● Assist attorneys in developing case strategy and perform intake of documents.● Assist in I‐9 verification and e‐verify.● Develop Company J‐1 program, including establishing relationship with J‐1 program sponsor and developing materials to train attorneys and colleagues on processes.
