I am passionate about advancing the maternal fetal medicine field with quality research. My academic passion was immunology, and through my interest in medical research I found my way to obstetrics research at UCSF. I've managed basic science laboratories, maternal fetal medicine clinical research studies, perinatal databases, and now clinical trials for a private company. My master's work in Management Science & Engineering included modeling, data management, communication studies, negotiation, and now I use those skills in the world of clinical trial management. I hope to one day to work possibly in hospital management, ideally still with a focus on maternal fetal medicine to further our ability to improve pregnancy to bring healthy babies into this world.Specialties: Management Science and Engineering focus: Operations Systems, Optimization, Database management: Epic, MyAccess, variable organizationResearch focus: Maternal Fetal Medicine, Preeclampsia, genetic testing
