I'm a proven professional with nearly two decades of progressive leadership experience in HR and talent management at global organizations.I've spent the last five years as CEO of MS Coaching & Consulting as an ICF certified leadership coach, and have been honored to work with more than a hundred amazing clients and receive my PCC certification. I'm currently shifting my focus to support individuals navigating grief, transition and loss. In addition to completing the inaugural cohort of David Kessler's Grief Educator program, I'm also certified in the Grief Recovery Method and Sacred Crossing's Death Doula program. Perhaps even more importantly, my "specialties" through lived experience include:• Loss of my amazing stepson Connor to fentanyl poisoning in June 2023• Loss of parents to terminal illness (dad and father-in-law)• Loss by violence (cousin, her husband and two children in murder-suicide)• Pregnancy loss (x2)• Pet loss and euthanasia (an excruciating decision) • Eco/Climate grief (10 years at the world's largest environmental NGO)• Grief Leadership (education and support for leaders of organizations)• Navigating grief as an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person)The reality is I would trade this expertise in a heartbeat if I could have my loved ones back. But grief does not discriminate. We all will lose those we love the most. Our grief can't be "fixed" - it can only be carried. And it needs to be witnessed. Unfortunately, we live in a grief illiterate culture and most people are not comfortable with our grief. I'm on a mission to change that and can help you navigate what can feel like a very lonely place. On a personal note, I'm an unapologetic idealist who believes in the transformative power of kindness. Empathy is my superpower and when I learned I was an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) I was empowered to create some life-altering boundaries. I’m a self-proclaimed travel junkie, tree-hugger, animal lover, assessment enthusiast and aspiring vegan. I’m most at home in nature and love exploring the beaches and trails in my adopted hometown of Solana Beach with my husband Bill and dog Zoe.Clifton Strengths Positivity | Empathy | Developer | Input | AdaptabilityVIA Character StrengthsLove | Kindness | Honesty | Fairness | GratitudeEnneagram Type 2: The Considerate HelperWant to learn more about how I might be able to support you?
