Melissa Seow is one of the early pioneer of e-commerce in the country since 2001, and have since go on to create a string of success online and offline, at the same time has gone on to win multiple beauty pageant titles. Her most recent pageant accomplishment was The Best In Traditional Costume Award where she represented the country and competed in Mrs World 2017 at Johannesburg, South Africa in December 2017.Melissa started to pick up multiple dance & musical skill since 7 years old, from piano to the century old gu zheng & also the graceful ballet to tap & jazz dance. She went on to perform her mastery to thousands since then. Known as the eBay Queen, she was one of the top eBay seller in Asia generating over 3 million yearly turnover even before completing her Bachelor Degree in Business Law. During this time, she sharpened her entrepreneurial skill, starting from ground, managing logistic, procurement, marketing, customer service & even went beyond her comfort zone by setting up an entire ecommerce operation in China. She went on to inspire & help many others on conceiving & multiple pregnancy through her social platform when she married her childhood sweetheart & welcome a set of triplet daughters. After pregnancy, she accepted the position of Digital Director at Malaysia’s largest medical beauty centre, Dr Ko Skin Specialist where she establishes the digital team & set a leading figure in the industry by achieving 6 figure in sales within its 1st month of Dr Ko ecommerce relaunch. In recent years, Melissa has been advocating causes that she felt strongly about, especially matters pertaining to the welfare of children and women. She raised funds for deserving charities, and volunteered at orphanage homes, cancer patient homes, underprivileged communities, and co-founded BloodGo, one of the first blood tech company in Asia, which used technology to locate blood in need, especially the rare blood types.Melissa continues to serve the society by mentoring people with the skills she has and spreading her message to the world, that we should not downgrade our dreams to match our reality, instead we should upgrade our faith to match our destiny.She currently runs World MasterClass, an international event and training company, alongside her husband, where they bring in experts from different industries and backgrounds, to elevate and empower individuals through leading edge training, services, personal empowerment and organisational excellence.
