Strategic HR business partner responsible for attracting and developing young professionals by leading our Corporate Procurement Internship Program as well as the Procurement Leadership + Technical Development Program.

In this role, I create, manage and maintain all communiction materials for our global internal audiences in support of one of Caterpillar's strategic imperatives. Deliverables include communication toolkits, specialty newsletters, videos, presentations, leader messaging and employee awareness campaigns.In addition, I fully supported a website platform change migrating content while creating an new end user experience for our internal employees.Furthermore, I have been given the opportunity to support our Enterprise Communications Strategy dedicated to communications process excellence. I am working currently to validate, assess opportunities and document standards for our employee newsletter process to be used across the enterprise to engage and empower our end users... also known as our employees.

In this role, I successfully managed internal employee communication vehicles for a diverse group of internal employees including production, management, and senior level leaders. Deliverables included a weekly employee newsletter, leader newsletter and communications toolkit as well as facility signage and branding. I lead, created and delivered various communication packages in support of manufacturing, safety and various people initiatives including our annual United Way employee giving campaign.

In this role, I supported Caterpillar's global employee base effectively managing conflict and resolving computer related issues while maintaining a friendly customer focus.

 Worked with the community to promote a positive relationship between Northwoods Mall and the Peoria Area. Aided in increasing revenue by $10,000+ with such programs as SBV Tenant Leasing and the Simon Visa gift card program. Created PowerPoint presentations for potential clients and other desktop publisher materials for signage throughout Northwoods Mall. Kept current billing records, maintained gift card stock, balanced the daily gift card sales, and updated budget dollars and forecasting budget changes. Hired/trained staff for special holiday events and worked diligently in creating a balanced environment between floor workers and the office staff.
