Property has been the golden thread in my professional journey!After taking over 4 years out of the estate agency industry, I have now returned and re-launched my brand 'Amity Unique Homes' which specialises in marketing & selling unique homes across and surrounding Birmingham.I previously started, scaled and sold my own independent Estate Agency business which I started from scratch and sold for a six figure sum. Developing my team in the process was key to the success of that business. Investing & building my own property portfolio has also been an integral part of my journey.I have also been in the learning & development space for 15+ years. During that time I have designed and delivered a variety bespoke training programmes for clients across sectors, nationally & internationally. Some of these clients have included Warner Bros; Tesco; Sony; Toyota Europe etc whom I have been commissioned to serve in my role as Senior Associate for AKD Solutions. I specialise in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion; Team Building; Customer Experience and Leadership related programmes.I have also trained many housing related businesses, including Housing Associations; Local Authorities & and Estate & Letting Agencies.My other services include Training; Mentoring & Consultancy.
