Cutting edge fixed wireless internet company with a focus on enterprise-level service, government deployment grants, spectrum acquisition, and private equity.- As a C-Suite executive, I was engaged in all aspects of corporate decision making, governance, and risk assessment. - Provided legal guidance to C-Suite members on a variety of matters including compliance and litigation,- Leading both the Legal and Government Affairs Departments, I focused on efforts to leverage GeoLinks’ service offerings to meet network expansion and spectrum asset acquisition goals. - Developed advocacy strategies, program objectives and benchmarks for grant funding application efforts helping the Company secure more than $170 Million in federal grant funding for broadband deployment efforts under the Connect America Fund Phase II (CAF II) and Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) Programs. - Drove GeoLinks' policy initiatives and was the face of the organization before state, local, and federal agencies including the California Public Utilities Commission and the Federal Communications Commission. - Working group Chair for the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association, Rural Expansion Working Group. - Provided expertise on all regulatory compliance matters including the pending Broadband Equity Access and Deployment Program (BEAD). - Negotiated spectrum acquisition agreements and was engaged in efforts to expand and monetize assets.- Managed internal legal work pertaining to company M&A and SPAC initiatives including diligence and agreement negotiation.- Served as Board Secretary.

Video Franchise/ Broadband Deployment GroupDrafted California's grant application under the NTIA's State Broadband Data and Development Program resulting in a $2.3 million grant for broadband mapping and data collection. Performing as part of the team charged with carrying out the tasks associated with this program for the CPUC, as the sole Governor-appointed state entity eligible to receive funds under this grant program.
