Taking a 6-9 month break as our family move to Tauranga (and build our new home). The plan current is to reopen 101 Fitness in mid 2023.

We have moved 101 Fitness to Mt Wellington, downsized the team , streamlined our client base (80% of our clients have been coming to see us weekly, for more than 5 years) and reduced operating hours. This allows me time with my 2 young daughters. I have started doing more of the client sessions myself. This has reminded me that I love working with people and helping them find solutions and leading healthier lives.
