Career Coaching• Provide career coaching services to students and alumni. Outreach efforts significantly increased student usage of the services offered, including in-office appointments and workshop attendance. • Hold in-office appointments to assist students with resume and cover letter reviews, interview assistance, job search strategies, career confidence building, and other career development concerns.• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including NACE Career Coaching Intensive, online webinars, and self-directed learning.• Present 10 interactive workshops each semester for group career development. Tripled attendance at workshops through better outreach and more hands-on activities. • Work with faculty and academic departments to present in a range of classes, from first-year seminar to senior capstone classes.
