As a caregiver, I am CPR and First Aid certified. It is my responsibility to care for toddlers (age 1 1/2 - 3 years old). My main responsibilities include napping, feeding, bath-rooming, and be actively involved with all the children. Also, I have to successfully communicate with other caregivers, parents, and family members to help solve problems and relay important information.

As a lifeguard, I am Ellis and Associates certified in CPR/AED and first aid. I worked as a lifeguard during summer months at a busy, outdoor neighborhood pool. During the winter, I worked indoor as a lifeguard during the week and swim instructor on the weekends. I taught children ranging from ages 3-12. As a swim instructor, I taught the kids swimming safety as well as various strokes. In addition, I also worked as a concession stand attendant and front desk cashier to scan people into the pool. Most recently, I became a manager therefore I have more responsibilities. I have to take chlorine and pH readings every hour to make sure the water is safe to swim in. Also, I am the main contact for questions and concerns from patrons. It is my responsibility to make sure the on-duty lifeguards are effectively scanning and making sure their zone of protection is safe. I lead daily and monthly trainings for lifeguards.

As a busser, my main responsibilities were to clear off tables once a party left and then reset the table. As a food runner, I brought the food out to the servers so they could serve their tables. As a hostess, I answered phones, made reservations, and showed guests to their tables.
