Sometimes it's best to let things stew into an amazing dish; other times shake it up, change the ingredients, stir the pot until it simmers on it's own, add a little extra, or let things rise on their own power. A skill and an art - and knowing when to do what is one of the keys to being great. What makes one good at managing - is the people that you lead. The employees, the teams, the hard work that they do everyday. Their success and growth. For myself, I do not want to be simply good at managing, but great at leading. - Technology vision and direction for implementations and strategies for change which support company goals and product roadmaps. - Employee oversight, hiring, scaling, mentoring, direction, and guidance. - Technology practice adherence to regulatory standards and practices.- Oversight of all changes in system architecture and technology across company stack. - Technology resource oversight (.NET programmers, JS/React Programmers, Mobile Programmers, QA, and DevOps). - Implementation of agile frameworks and processes. - System, process, procedure and change oversight for supporting stability and efficiency. - Creation, organization and implementation of impactful change management and follow through.
