As a consultant, I supported organizations in special initiatives, including:• Kahilla - Wrote thought leadership articles for members and coached executive leaders related to communication that will attract new members, facilitate learning, and engage/retain members.• Clovers - Developed implicit bias screening process specific to organization's unique business model.

In my current role, I am an integral part of a global workplace experience team, supporting global clients through visioning sessions to prepare them for interior floor design and/or location changes. I consult on change readiness, facilitation., and communication and identify and develop internal change agents to ensure a more positive employee experience.

As an internal coach, I work one-on-one and in groups with executive leadership team members, managers, and individual contributors. I support individuals in reaching personal and professional goals, navigating obstacles, and maintaining well-being in high-pressure situations. I facilitate bi-weekly virtual coaching workshops to global teams. I secured training by the Academy of Brain-based Learning (ABL) to facilitate virtual DEI workshops throughout the organization. I also create team-building activities that are unique to a team culture, yet scalable to global groups.

In this position, I drove results for growing company revenue by delivering well-being and ergonomics insights by means of sales strategy, tactical client engagements, research, writing, sales training, social media, thought leadership, and presentations to the company's sales teams, clients, and marketplace. I collaborated with clients on workplace well-being strategies and change communication.
