My core responsibilities are to manage the Social Media Accounts for The Pro Shop & Cycle Lab. Additionally, it is my responsibility to strategize and execute not only social media exclusive campaigns but also ensure that all our online (website) and in-store messages are communicated effectively to drive feet to our online stores and through our doors. My efforts have resulted in a proven track record of continuous growth and improvement, earning me the trust to handle ad-hoc tasks beyond my responsibilities. Although not directly responsible for each, I provide strategic advice to those not in my core portfolio and am responsible for the quality control of the content. To streamline communication, I created a comprehensive Social Media Rules & Guidelines Playbook to serve as a guideline for those responsible for the accounts.Furthermore, I am also involved in the online brand and marketing strategy for our direct brands such as TaylorMade & Silverback Bikes, and ultimately responsible for the execution thereof on social media. As leaders in the golf and cycling sectors, in the form of The Pro Shop & Cycle Lab stores, my priority was to improve our digital footprint and create more relevant and user-friendly content to communicate our mutual passion to both golfers and cyclists alike. 🏌️‍♀️ 🚲

The nature of Lisron Digital was to provide digital solutions to SME’S predominantly focusing on social media and outsourcing other digital services. I acquired invaluable entrepreneurial skills on how to build relationships, acquire clients, networking, time management, outsourcing, trouble shooting, budgeting, administration, discipline, quick decision making, negotiating, and how to navigate through challenges - amongst other things.

Responsibilities were to develop a social media & digital footprint. With 4 branches (roughly 80 agents) and different demographics for each, I successfully developed strategies for each while also training the real estate agents on how to utilise social media for business. Other duties included:• Research• Bulk email campaigns• Social Media training• Motivational and strategy meetings• Quality control• Events management• Online customer management

As part of a close knit marketing team, I was involved in many projects ranging from brand strategy to organising trade fairs. My main focus was on the American market by analysing sales reports and implementing marketing strategies to create awareness and ultimately increase ROI. Liaising with clients, signing of sale contracts, deeds preparation and linking for lodgement, preparation of financial accounts and everyday secretarial work.

To acquire and maintain a long term insurance and investment client base relationship, preparation of client financial and investment need analysis, policy submission and implementation, after care service and portfolio management.

Administration – Maintenance of website. Reception, liaising with clients, contract quality control, submissions for bonds and liaising with attorneys.
