I've had a lifelong passion for Cybersecurity, driven by a love for technology and a fascination with investigating incidents, solving problems, and ensuring the security of people and information. I am working towards my bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus. I recently completed the Google Cybersecurity Certification program and preparing for the Security + Certification exam. I'm thrilled to continue advancing my academic journey within this domain.Drawing from over 20 years of experience in IT operations and support, I've excelled in technical support and customer service positions, nurturing both my professional and personal development while keeping abreast of emerging technologies. Finding gratification in problem-solving and committed research to deliver viable solutions has been a cornerstone of my work. Moreover, my substantial experience in customer service has consistently played a pivotal role in all my professional endeavors.Recently, I've developed an interest in exploring the intricacies of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies, leading me to successfully attain my Certified Scrum Product Owner certification in December 2023. I'm eager to gain more hands-on experience in this area.In 2020, I successfully earned my Associate's Degree from Lansing Community College, maintaining a 3.9 GPA.
