-Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and events from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing all logistics- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and provide guidance and recommendations to create a personalized and memorable experience- Source and negotiate with vendors, such as venues, caterers, florists, and entertainment, to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness- Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment, to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event- Manage RSVPs, guest lists, and seating assignments, and coordinate with staff to ensure all guests are well taken care of- Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies that may arise during the event and provide quick and effective solutions- Maintain detailed records and documentation of event planning processes and expenses- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services and offerings
